Established in the year 1991 as Shivas Reinplast Co & Shivas Engineering Co., we produce environmental engineering products, which are unparalleled in their comprehensiveness and used in various industrial manufacturing activities of making chemicals, steel processing and galvanizing. Our product range includes wide range of Air Pollution Control System & Chemical Processing Equipment like FRP Blower, Strip Pickling Line, Fume Extraction Plants, Fume Scrubber, FRP Tank, etc. We have also executed large size steel processing plants/projects in the field of HR strips , steel tube , steel structures & steel wire etc industries. In 1995, We moved in own premise of 15000 sq ft.  At present, we have three operating/manufacturing units at three different locations of approx. 50000 Sq ft in the city of Ghaziabad, India.

We, for the first time in India, developed a Fumeless Acid Pickling Line and Electrolytic Pickling for the wire drawing industry using continuous pickling (in-line) process. It enhances productivity, better pickling quality, lower power consumption, better speed of pickling and negligible acid losses. Today, our more than 300 fumeless pickling lines and 10 electro pickling lines are operating in all major wire drawing industries in India and across the globe.

We specialise and gained expertise in Pickling Plants, Fumes/Dust Extraction, Odour Removal and Ventilation Systems for efficient removal of iron oxides from metal, polluting fumes, gases, smoke, mist, dust laden air from the working area. We can also customized the products according to clients' needs. Our custom designed Hoods & Ductwork have resulted in substantial energy savings for the clients. Our products are made up of totally corrosion-proof material and non-clogging type construction needs no maintenance. Our products are cost effective and require very low liquid flow rate resulting in less effluent to treat. In some special cases recovery of expensive materials from the machines are also possible.
